Wire Cut-offs

If you know how to pull and push, you would know how to use cut-off wires. A cut-off wire is a thin strand of wire used to cut a clay pot off of the potting where or where they slab of clay is placed after it is shaped. You pull it under the pot and it cuts it loose. It is ideal for slicing and cutting lumps of clay, and cutting pots off the wheel. It comes in either a straight or curly wire with wood or plastic handles making it easy to use.
