Although Big Ceramic Store is an online company first and foremost, and not equipped for traditional direct retail sales at our Sparks, NV location, we're happy to offer a "pick up" option to local customers who are ordering online or by phone.
Please remember that local sales tax must be added to orders that are picked up in Sparks, NV. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide your tax exempt letter.
When checking out, please select the "Pick Up" option. We will contact you by email when the order is ready to be picked up.
If you'll be paying by check, please wait until arriving to write in the final total due to possible changes. Since we're not set up for retail sales, cash may not be accepted.
Per our policy, orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving this email. Orders that haven't been picked up will be cancelled and refunded less a 10% restocking fee unless special arrangements have been made. If you're unable to make it within this time frame, please contact Customer Service right away to review your options.
When picking up bulk clay, chemicals, or equipment, please be prepared to load it yourself, or bring a helper. Due to their other responsibilities and liability concerns, our warehouse staff may not be available to assist you.
If you are purchasing a pallet of clay and have a truck that is 42" or more wide, we can drop the whole pallet into your truck with the forklift. We also can deliver clay (up to 48 boxes) to your residence within the local area with a liftgate for only $100.00. Please contact Customer Service if you would like this option.
