Laguna Potassium Carbonate

Potassium Carbonate, also known as pearl ash, is soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol.

It is used in the making of soap and glass.

It can dissolve in the moisture in the air, and is sometimes damp for this reason.

It is a strong flux.

Potassium carbonate can be used as a color modifier in glazes.
