Olympic Hotsie Kilns

The Hotsie has a removable fiber lid and bottom, with handles on each section.  It now comes with a 3 key electronic controller. as well as a quartz viewing window and an attached bottom stand.  Includes one peephole plug, instruction manual, and one-year warranty.  

It was Olympic's desire to create glass kilns that work on a standard 120V household outlet.  There is only enough power from these outlets to run the lid and the side elements independently.  So with these kilns, the switch chooses between the lid and the body element (on kilns with body elements).

Olympic 126GFE Lite, 146GFE and 186GFE Square 

The 146GFE Square is equipped with a 12-key electronic controller.  Inside dimensions: 14 ½ " wide x 6 " deep, fires to 1700° F.  Square design for bigger pieces.  Body and lid elements to heat glass from all sides.  Lid element with selector switch for 100% power when fusing.  Model comes with tall stand, peephole plug, lid wedge, instruction manual, and warranty card.  Two-year warranty.

The 126 Lite is also square.  It is made with fiber walls instead of brick so it is lightweight.  It also has a lid element and short stand.
