This new model features a 6" x 6" x 12" aluminum barrel that
holds a full 25 pound pug of clay. Also has rack and pinion gear
drive with detachable wagon wheel handle. Designed to be safe; no
hydraulic and pneumatic drives. Wall mounted, the barrel lifts off
with no tools. Plunger goes to within 1/2 of the bottom of the
barrel so all but a tiny bit of clay is extruded. Normal extrusions
require no more than 30 pounds of force to be applied at the
handle. (Includes "Large Die Set" listed on the die
page, see below.) Makes up to 5" extrusions. Made in
the USA. Custom dies are inexpensive and ship within 7
days.

Welded steel clay extruder features an EXCLUSIVE Brent safety
design. Two sets of clutch plates lock the clutch body assembly
firmly in place at any height setting for maximum leverage. Pull
up on the top plates to raise the handle and plunger or pull down on the
bottom plates to lower them. The Brent Clay Extruder HD comes with
three mounting brackets, hardware to securely bolt to a wall, and two
plastic dies.
The heavy-duty steel 4" diameter barrel holds up to 10 lbs. of clay
and an easy-to-use end cap holds the die you choose. The standard
and hollow die sets can also be used (see Brent Hand Extruder above).

sculpturing and jiggering as well as for extrusion of special shapes
like those used in industry. When used for reclaiming hardened
clay, the clay should be broken into small pieces and soaked in water to
moisten before extruding.
Fast cutting, mixing and wedging action is assured by two auger blades
driven by a direct drive 1/3 HP 120 Volt AC gear motor with 6 foot (3
wire grounded) cord. Interchangeable dies supplied are 1 1/2"
