Laguna N-Brand Sodium Silicate

Sodium Silicate is used as a deflocculant in slip, meaning it prevents lumps.

It reduces the amount of water needed, and because there is less water, there is less shrinkage.

This is composed of 37.5% Silicic acid, sodium salt and 62.5% water and is one pint.

Sodium Silicate will be damaged if frozen or kept in cold temperatures, even cold air during the winter.
