An opaque, frosty white glaze, heavy in consistency
It is indispensable in combination glaze techniques. When used in combination work, Overdrift's strong white opacity partially modifies the color tint of the base glaze. It renders a cascade of white floats when applied over or under a glaze. It is also excellent on red clay. Results are dependent upon the method and quality application and the firing. Consistency should be like thick cream. Recommended firing range is Cone 06-05, although it may be fired as high as Cone 6. AP NonToxic in liquid form. Not dinnerware safe.
