Aspire New!
The Shimpo Aspire is a tabletop pottery wheel. It's lightweight, compact
design makes it easily portable. It has a 1/3 HP motor and 20 lb centering
capacity. The speed is controlled with a lever handle, operates from
0-230 RPM, and is non-reversible (CCW is standard).
It is surprisingly quiet in operation and
has a well-constructed feel. Nice for traveling or toting
around, demonstrations, etc.
Includes 2 wheel head-bats and a splash pan. New 5 year warranty on
purchases after July 1 2011! Overall dimensions: 20” x 14.5” x 9” 25 lbs (shipping wt
30 lbs).
Uses non-standard bat pin spacing (5.83"). Standard bats will
not fit.
