This kiln features a Handheld One-Touch™ Intuitive Kiln Control.  It will fit through a 34.5" wide, 73" high door without disassembly, or removal of door.  

2-1/2” of firebrick with 2” of highly insulating mineral wool as back up.  5” solid firebrick on bottom.  Heavy gauge solid steel welded case with integrated stand.  Drawer & rack for kiln furniture integrated into stand.  Solid peephole plugs with full 1” view (no tapering) in the door.  Hard ceramic element holders and Type K thermocouples with protection tubes.  

Adjustable door, three-segment arched roof, and a plug door seal with fiberglass gasket.  Features a unique manual vent with slider/damper for faster cool-down, and a door clasp to allow the door to be locked while firing.  Integrated steel drawer and racks holds the shelves and posts when not being used.

Door power safety shut-off switch is standard.   Elements on back, sides and door is standard.  Mercury-free relays.  Direct wired.  MET-us listed to UL499 standards.

This kiln will fit through a 34.5" wide door without disassembly or removal of door.  Adjustable door, plug door seal with gasket, heavy 12 gauge welded case with separate but attached stand, leveling pads, extra tough K25 2500F 4.5" firebrick arch  Other insulation is 3" of K23 brick with 2" of mineral wood backup insulation.  

Heating elements on door, sides and back.  24 key Dynatrol with Dynamic Zone Control.  Control panel mounted with air space between it and the case.  Branch fusing in control.  Two solid peephole plugs with full 1" view (no tapering) in the door.  Hard ceramic element holders.  Proprietary reflective brick coating that protects brick and keeps dusting down.  Door power safety shut-off switch.  Direct wire.  Mercury free relays.  Direct wired.  Not UL listed.  5 Year Limited Warranty. 

The Kiln is 34 3/8" (+/- 1/16") wide with the door wide open and the clamps that hold the door closed during firing removed (simple procedure requiring only a 9/16 socket or a small adjustable wrench).

Dynatrol Controller with 3 zone control automates the firing process.  Even element spacing and built in standard zone control ensure even heating.  The insulation system features a flat arch, 3" of firebrick with 2" of mineral wool back-up, and plug door.  All firebrick sections have interlocking heat-locks to prevent heat leakage.   All EL kilns are listed with MET to UL499 Standards.  This is the front-loading kiln that people have been waiting for!

The Easy Load kilns feature adjustable door with gasketed plug seal and a massive hinge for stability.  Heavy 10 gauge welded case with integrated stand, including anchor points and leveling bolts with a powder coated hammertone blue for superior corrosion resistance.

Extra-tough K25 2500°F 4-1/2” firebrick arch with 3” of K23 brick with 2” of mineral wool backup insulation elsewhere.   Reflective coating protects brick and reduces dusting.  Mercury-free relays and  MET-us listed to UL499 standard.
