You want crackle? These glazes fracture light and show off color like you
won't believe. Select from stock colors, or *blend your own choice of stain or
oxide to the base glaze, WC-130. These glazes are lead free and non toxic, but due
to the danger of bacterial growth in the fractured glaze surface,
they are not offered as dinnerware safe.
All are lead free, but not recommended for functional ware.
Crackle glazes produce spectacular results, but they are VERY
temperamental. Use with Cone 5 clay bodies such as B-Mix 5. Fire
to a hard Cone 5, and always test-fire on your clay body before using in
production.
