Color: celadon crackle  xtalb@cox.com  Date: 08/05/03  I put two coats of this glaze over a porcelain called Helios, then wiped waterproof india ink over the result. It is gorgeous! The resulting piece has a delicate beauty that stopped visitors to a recent local craft fair dead in their tracks and pulled them right into my booth. The piece is called "Fragile" and my goal was to create a large bowl-type shape that would look as if it were made out of water, barely holding itself together.
