We ship small items by UPS/FedEx ground.  You get exact shipping quotes for these items in the shopping cart.  UPS and FedEx act as the customs brokers, so when the package is delivered, you will need to pay brokerage fees and any customs fees that are required.  We do not fill out NAFTA forms for small orders.  

For large items that ship by truck, such as kilns, we have great shipping rates! And now we can act as your customs broker so you don't have to find one yourself.  Just submit your order and we will get back to you with any shipping costs and brokerage fees.  (Much equipment has free shipping in the US 48 contiguous states, so usually you will only be charged a small delta for shipping to Canada.)  Most ceramic equipment is not subject to duties between the US and Canada because of NAFTA.  Of course the more expensive the item, the more it makes sense because the savings becomes much more than the brokerage fees.

For other international destinations, we typically ship to a freight forwarder of your choice in the US, and you arrange for transport to your country.
